Postdate is a dating app where first messages become real letters. Instead of swiping, you write thoughtful letters to your matches, encouraging deeper connections from the start.

We show you profiles of people we think you'd connect with. When both of you express interest, it's a match! You can then write your first letter to get the conversation started.

Letters are designed to feel like real mail — there's a short delivery delay to build anticipation. Typically, your letter will be delivered within 3-7 business days.

Currently, letters are text-only to keep the focus on what you write. We believe words create the most meaningful first impressions.

After both of you have exchanged letters and want to continue, you'll unlock real-time chat where you can message more freely and get to know each other better.

Go to the Profile tab, then tap the edit icon at the top of your profile. You can update your photos, bio, and preferences from there.

Yes! We take your privacy seriously. Your data is encrypted and stored securely. You can read more in our Privacy Policy. You can also export or delete your data anytime from the app settings.

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Go to your device's subscription settings to cancel or change your plan.

You can report a user from their profile. We review all reports promptly and take appropriate action to keep the community safe.

Go to Profile > Privacy & Data, then select 'Delete All My Data.' This will permanently remove your profile and all associated data from the app.
